Pair of rubber suction cups, medium sized, great for bringing the nipple out and making it more sensitive in the process. Wet the end and pop the cup over the nipple and areola then squeeze all the air out creating a vaccuum. Leave on for as long as is comfortable (maybe 10/15 mins at a time depending on how sensitive they are)
