MAKING A PURCHASE:
ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS NOVELTY ITEMS
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
PAYMENT METHODS:
All prices on our website are in pounds sterling and include VAT.
On-line, we accept payment by credit and debit cards only. We accept most major cards, with the exception of AMEX. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
In-Store, we also accept cash and cheques drawn on a UK bank and in pounds sterling (crossed and with proof of address).
All credit / debit card transactions are SECURELY processed using the latest technology and are encrypted for your security and peace of mind.

DISPTACH:
All in-stock items will be dispatched within 36 hrs of receipt of your order (unless it is a made to measure item which will normally be made within two weeks of receipt of your order). If we are waiting for a delivery of stock and it is expected within a week we will keep your order until the stock arrives and then dispatch everything together, otherwise we will charge for and send only the items in stock and we will endeavor to inform you as to when the rest of your order will be ready (we will only charge for the other item(s) when they are ready to send and in most cases we will use our discretion whether to charge for postage again; if deemed necessary to charge again we will inform you first). Postage and packing will normally be charged at time of processing your order.
Your consumer rights are protected under the DTI consumer protection (distance selling) regulations act 2000. FF Retail (trading as Fetish Freak ltd) undertakes to comply with this rule and will endeavor to ensure your rights as a consumer are adhered to.
If you wish to cancel an order placed please contact us as quickly as possible via telephone or e-mail with all the order details and we shall stop the order before processing has started (this will be beneficial cost-wise to both of us).
SIZING:
Please find below a general guide to sizing of our clothing; all clothing sold on the website is "standard" sizing - if you require "made to measure" please see the section below.
Upper body garments:
Small = 36" to 38" chest
Medium = 38" to 40" chest
Large = 40" to 42" chest
Extra-Large = 42" to 44" chest
Extra, Extra-Large = 44" to 46" chest
Lower body garments:
Small = 28" to 30" waist
Medium = 30" to 32" waist
Large = 32" to 34" waist
Extra-Large = 34" to 36" waist
Extra, Extra-Large = 36" to 38" waist
Please note when measuring "waist" this is normally where the waistband of, for example, your jeans sit (and jeans are much lower waisted than they used to be!)
Caps:
The easiest way to get your cap measurement is to put a tape-measure at the centre of your forehead and wrap it around your head (just above your ears) until it meets. Please give us the measurements for caps in cm (you'll see they are listed in numbers and fractions but if you give us the centimeter measurements we'll work it out for you!)
MADE TO MEASURE:
The size charts above are based on average sizing only. Anything above a 38" waist or below a 28" waist (or above 46" chest and below 36" chest) would have to be a "made to measure" item and if made in basic stock leather (see "choice of leather" section) would Cost an additional 20%.
Buy having an item made to measure, your are guaranteed to get the best fit for your body shape - meaning the garment will look at its very best.
For a made to measure form, please email us and we'll send one to you. Fill in the relevant measurements and we'll get started!
Any orders taken with the measurements provided by you will be your responsibility (so get those measurements right!) If in doubt please call us and we will be only too pleased to advise.
CHOICE OF LEATHER:
We specialize in "made to measure" leather clothing and the great thing about coming to see us in person is that YOU can CHOOSE the leather you want your garment made in! We have a selection of samples going from "basic" to "mmmm" with a couple more in-between. The prices are reflected in the quality of the leather so we can cater for beginners right up to the connoisseur! However, seeing is believing so COME AND SEE US!
SHIPPING & HANDLING:
All items will be packed discretely and sent via Royal Mail 1st and 2nd class (Recorded Delivery if above a certain value for security).
We aim to dispatch goods as quickly as possible after receiving your order, if the item(s) are in stock then you should receive them within 7 to 10 working days (please note Royal Mail does not operate a Saturday service and Fetish Freak can not be held responsible for any delivery time not adhered to by the Royal Mail.
If the order is too heavy for normal Royal Mail delivery then Fetish Freak will use a courier such as UPS or TNT and you will be charged accordingly via the website shopping cart. (Please note if the weight of your order exceeds the cost listed on the shopping cart then the relevant charges will be made to your credit/debit card at our discretion).
Delivery to European addresses will normally be sent via Royal Mail Airmail service with heavier items sent via a courier such as UPS or TNT - please allow up to 21 days for delivery.
Delivery to the rest of the world will normally be sent via courier and charged according to weight- we will contact you to tell you of charges if they are greater than normal.
We always try to find the cheapest and most secure way of sending your order securely at the lowest cost to you.
DELIVERY SCHEDULE:
We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 7 to 10 working days. International orders are generally received in under 21 days.
BACK ORDERS:
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
